To use Lucky Eggs in Pokémon GO, tap the Poké Ball menu in the bottom center while on the game screen. Next, tap on the items menu and scroll down to the "Trainer Boosts" section. Tap on Lucky Egg, then tap again to apply the Lucky Egg double XP boost for 30 minutes.
